What data we collect

None. This site has no accounts and no forms that save anything. The calculator and the Rent Increase Notice Kit run in your browser: the names, address and rents you type do not leave it.

We use the visit counts that Cloudflare (the service that serves this site) keeps on its network, without cookies or personal data. We also record anonymously when a kit is requested or opened (the state and city chosen and the visitor's country).

We use no cookies of our own and no tracking tools. To remember whether you prefer the light or the dark theme, your browser keeps that setting in its local storage; it is not sent anywhere.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them. Like any web server, the host may log technical data about the connection (for example the IP and the page requested).

Payment

If you buy the kit, Stripe processes the payment on its own domain. Stripe collects your email and card; we do not see or store them. The site only checks with Stripe that the payment is complete and for which state. The kit is created in your browser.

Delete my data

We keep no data about you, so there is nothing to delete here. To delete your payment data, ask Stripe. For any question, write to cardenasemerge@automatemj.com.
